REACH is organized exclusively for charitable purposes to revitalize and promote economic development in neighborhoods which have been subject to underinvestment; to lessen neighborhood tensions and combat community deterioration; to aid and support programs and projects targeting arts, culture, safety, education, and sustainable housing.
